With plans ranging from one to four years and starting at just INR 2 per day, consumers can now enjoy enhanced protection and convenience for their appliances.
The upgraded Samsung Care+ introduces industry-first coverage for software updates and screen malfunctions without physical damage, making it one of the most comprehensive appliance protection programs in the market. “We are committed to enhancing the customer experience with unique benefits such as software updates and screen malfunction coverage, while expanding the availability of Samsung Care+ extended warranty plans across all channels,” said GhufranAlam, Vice President, Digital Appliances, Samsung India.
Local appliance retailers have welcomed the expansion, stating that customers are increasingly prioritizing long-term protection and brand-backed services. Dealers believe Samsung’s initiative will strengthen customer trust and drive demand for premium home appliances, especially during the festive and year-end sales season. Samsung Care+ provides access to 13,000 certified engineers, over 2,500 service centres, genuine Samsung parts, and multilingual support in nine languages, ensuring speed, reliability, and convenience for consumers across India.
