Samsung Innovation Campus aims to skill 20,000 youth in India in 2025, in alignment with the Government’s Skill India and Digital India missions. The programme emphasises inclusivity, with 42% women participation nationwide, and extends opportunities to tier-2, tier-3 and semi-urban regions to ensure wider access to quality training.

In Kolkata, such initiatives are strengthening the employability of fresh graduates across eastern India, particularly in emerging technology sectors. Training in AI and coding is helping students align with hiring needs in IT services, analytics and digital startups, with local institutions increasingly collaborating with corporates for skill development. By expanding access to future-ready skills, Samsung Innovation Campus continues to support India’s digitally empowered economy vision while shaping a strong, job-ready workforce for the technology sector.
