Samsung has opened its first Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store in India at Jio World Plaza Mall in Mumbai. The store, spread across 8,000 sq ft, will showcase Samsung’s premium products, including smartphones, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and more, using Samsung’s AI ecosystem. The store will offer a wide selection of products, including over 1,200 options from an online digital catalog, and in-store assistance. The store is divided into eight unique lifestyle zones, each catering to different passion points.
Samsung BKC is divided into eight lifestyle zones, each offering unique experiences for customers. These zones cater to various passion points, from gaming and entertainment to art and yoga. The zones include the Hobby Room, Home Office, Home Atelier, Home Café, Connected Kitchen, Intelligent Closet, Private Cinema, and Mobile Zone. Samsung also hosts events and workshops to showcase its products and services, including the Learn @ Samsung program, which aims to provide a seamless shopping experience.
