Samsung India has unveiled its 4-Hour Superfast Installation & Demo Service to enhance the festive shopping experience, offering customers rapid setup and personalised product demonstrations for a range of consumer durables including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, and televisions.
The service promises installation within four hours of registration (within municipal limits), eliminating delays and ensuring customers can enjoy their purchases immediately. Expert service engineers also provide one-on-one demonstrations and guidance on connecting devices to Samsung Smart Things, enabling integrated, AI-powered home experiences.

The initiative reinforces Samsung’s commitment to delivering a premium, worry-free ownership experience. In Kolkata, the service is expected to significantly boost festive sales as consumers increasingly seek quick installations and smart home integration. Retail outlets across the city are witnessing heightened footfall, with buyers expressing enthusiasm for immediate product usability combined with expert guidance. This move aligns with growing urban demand for convenience-driven shopping during major festivals. The service is available nationwide on all Samsung consumer durable products, with ongoing festive offers valid until October 21, 2025.
