Recently Indore and Surat have together ranked number 1 in the list of India’s cleanest cities as per the Swachh Survekshan 2023 Awards given out by Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry. With it Navi Mumbai ranked third, Visakhapatnam fourth and Bhopal ranked fifth. Actually this is the seventh consecutive time that Indore has bagged the cleanest city award. This is actually good as today people of India is thinking about making their place clean.
For any place cleanliness is very important and for this reason people in India is actually working very hard. Actually cleanliness is a basic habit from which everything depends and helps in achieving many things. Especially for tourism it is very important as when people from other countries came and see a neat and clean India they find a very good image of the country. In fact cleanliness give us a very healthy life style and people actually feel very good from it.
