Rasna announced the launch of their Himalayan GulabSharbat, Himalayan Gulkand, and Himalayan GulabChywanprash at the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit. In an effort to increase Rasna’s presence in the state, the products will be manufactured using raw materials such as pure rose oil and rose water all sourced from the valleys of Uttarakhand.
Rasna, with 12 factories in India and 1.6 million outlets in over 60 countries, plans to launch its product in India and abroad simultaneously, particularly in the Middle East, where Indian rose products are in high demand. Uttarakhand Global Investor Summit,Group Chairman of Rasna, Mr. Piruz Khambatta said “This will immensely help the farmers of Uttarakhand by improving their income and getting better value for their crop.”
Rasna is expanding its global presence by sourcing local produce from Uttarakhand, particularly the valley of flowers in Chamoli. The Damask Rose, a distinctive variety with a unique aroma, has been used in food, ayurvedic, and nutraceutical products for centuries. Rasna’s innovative R&D approach creates rose syrup using natural ingredients, providing therapeutic benefits from the flowers’ antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and gut cooling properties.
