Reflecting on his journey, Governor Mathur spoke about his travels across the state, including visits to border villages under the Vibrant Villages Programme. He praised Sikkim’s people for their unity, sustainability efforts, and women’s empowerment. He also commended the Chief Minister’s dedication and expressed pride in Sikkim’s contributions to the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

Job regularisation orders were handed to 16 Raj Bhavan staff. AED devices were distributed for key public locations in Gangtok. The Governor extended gifts to special schools and launched an e-Office and table tennis hall. Cultural performances by Raj Bhavan children and Tashi Namgyal Academy students added vibrancy to the event, celebrating Sikkim’s rich diversity.
