Indian blockbuster movie Pushpa: The Rise will release in Russia on December 8, announced by the makers on Monday. The Allu Arjun-starrer will have its Russian language premiere on December 1 and 3 in Moscow and St. Petersburg gradually as part of the Indian Film Festival.
On December 1 Pushpa will open the fifth edition of the gala. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, director Sukumar Bandareddy and producer Ravi Shankar will be present at the event to be held at the Oceania Shopping Center in Moscow. Pushpa’s official page shared the update on social media.

According to a press release, the cast and crew of Pushpa will attend the screening of the film at Galeria St. Petersburg on December 3.
The Indian Film Festival, which will end on December 6, will be held in 24 cities in Russia. The six-day event will also showcase other Indian hits like RRR, My Name is Khan, Dangal, War and Disco Dancer, one of Russia’s favorite musical melodrama films.
The gala festival is organized by the film company Indian Films along with the Indian National Cultural Center SITA with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Embassy of India in Russia.
