Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on 2-day visit in Gujarat starting from 11th March. He will address various programmes and dedicate projects during this visit in the state. The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) had informed that PM Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat on March 11 and 12.
PM Modi shared in the twitter that, “I will be attending various programmes today and tomorrow in Gujarat. He will address a Panchayat Mahasammelan on 11th March where several representatives from Panchayati Raj institutions will attend the programme.”
On 12th March Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) will be dedicated to the nation by Pm Modi and also the first convocation address of the RRU will be delivered by him as the Chief Guest of the University. The opening of the 11th Khel Mahakumbh also declared by him on 12th March and he will deliver an address on that occasion.
With 33 district panchayats, 248 taluka panchayats and over 14,500 gram panchayats, the state Gujarat has a three-tier Panchayati Raj structure.
The participation of more than one lakh representatives from the 3 tiers of the Panchayati Raj institutions will be witness by ‘Gujarat Panchayat Mahasammelan: Aapnu Gaam, Aapnu Gaurav’ in the State.
