Durani, a 1960s Indian cricketer with movie-star looks and a propensity for smashing massive sixes, passed away on Sunday. He was 88. Prime Minister Modi stated in a tweet, “Cricketing legend Salim Durani Ji was a legend unto himself. He significantly aided India’s ascent in the cricketing globe. He was well-known for his manner both on and off the pitch. afflicted by his death. May he rest in peace, his soul.”
