Physics Wallah launches first tech-enabled Vidyapeeth centre in Kharagpur

Edtech giant PhysicsWallah (PW) has strengthened its footprint in West Bengal with the launch of its first tech-enabled offline Vidyapeeth centre in Kharagpur. Located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Atwal Building opposite Kharagpur College on OT Road, the centre aims to make high-quality education more accessible to local students.

The centre features advanced classrooms designed to support in-person learning for JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses, along with preparation for Olympiads. Facilities include recorded lectures, daily practice problems, previous year question modules, NCERT support, offline doubt-solving sessions, and a dedicated Student Success Team (SST). A parent-teacher dashboard system will also offer regular updates on student progress.

Speaking on the expansion, Ankit Gupta, CEO Offline at PW, said, “We want to eliminate the need for students to migrate to other cities in search of quality education. Our Kharagpur centre brings learning closer to home, reducing emotional and financial stress.” The launch has generated excitement in the Kharagpur market, where demand for accessible, high-quality coaching is on the rise. Local students and parents view the centre as a much-needed addition to the town’s educational landscape. Registration is open for PWSAT, an entrance test offering tuition fee waivers for offline courses.
