Pfizer’s support to Tata Trusts Cancer Care Programme

Pfizer reported that its help to Tata Trusts Cancer Care program beginning around 2020 has helped in enlisting and evaluating 70,000 individuals for non-transmittable sicknesses (NCDs) and Cancer across Assam, Jharkhand and Andhra Pradesh. Pfizer cooperated with Tata Trusts’ Special Purpose Vehicle, Alamelu Charitable Foundation (ACF) for their Cancer Care Program to help set up wellbeing and health booths, work with local area screening and a virtual patient helpdesk, and aid the preparation of ASHA and Anganwadi laborers in Diphu and Silchar in Assam and, also, in Ranchi, Jharkhand, and Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
