A 30-year-old man reportedly died after getting worried in a brawl in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida Gardens Galleria mall on Monday night.
According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Noida) Ranvijay Singh, the incident happened at the Lost Lemons restro-bar in the Garden Galleria mall under the Sector 39 police station limits.
The deceased man was identified as Brajesh, who used to be from Bihar, the police said.
“A man was killed last night time in Garden Galleria Mall, Noida. Some humans obtained into a battle with bar staff throughout which one person was once severely injured. He was taken to hospital, the place medical practitioner declared him dead. FIR registered; bar group of workers taken into custody,” said Ranvijay.
“He had long past to the restro-bar with his colleagues for a party. At round 11 pm, an argument broke out between these human beings and the bar body of workers over the fee of a bill,” Singh said.
The argument escalated into a brawl in a brief span of time in which Brajesh used to be severely injured and used to be rushed to a nearby hospital, the police officer added.
The police engaged in the investigation of the case, based totally on the CCTV pictures of the restaurant, identified eight employees who had quarreled and had been taken into custody. Police say that in addition motion is being taken in this matter.
Brajesh was once the son of Shrikant Rai, a resident of Hasanpura village in Chhapra. A case has been registered in the nearby police station involving this incident in Sector 39 of Noida.
