Smartphone brand OPPO has launched its new F35 Series in India, comprising the OPPO F35 Pro 5G and OPPO F35 5G, as it celebrates a decade of the F Series in the country. The new lineup focuses on group photography, enhanced durability, long battery life and improved performance, targeting consumers who use smartphones for photography, content creation and everyday communication.
Over the past 10 years, OPPO’s F Series has evolved from the original “Selfie Expert” concept introduced with the F1 to the “Group Selfie Expert” positioning of the new F35 Series. According to the company, more than 30 million F Series smartphones have been sold in India over the past decade.
The OPPO F35 Pro 5G is priced at ₹45,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, ₹49,999 for the 8GB and 128GB variant, and ₹54,999 for the 8GB and 256GB variant. The OPPO F35 5G costs ₹38,999 for the 6GB and 128GB variant and ₹42,999 for the 8GB and 128GB variant.
The smartphones will be available from October 11, 2026, through retail outlets, the OPPO India E-Store, Flipkart and Amazon. The F35 Pro 5G will come in Sunrise Orange, Wave Blue and Twilight Brown, while the F35 5G will be available in Wave Blue, Titanium Grey and Mist Pink.

Commenting on the launch, Goldee Patnaik, Head of Communications at OPPO India, said the F Series had evolved alongside changing consumer preferences in India. He highlighted Assam’s culture of family gatherings, festivals and shared celebrations as an example of the occasions that inspire the new series’ group photography features.
At the centre of the F35 Series is a 50MP ultra-wide front camera with a 100-degree field of view, designed to fit more people and surroundings into a single photograph. The camera is supported by an AI Auto Wide-Angle Switch feature that helps users capture larger groups during festivals, weddings, family gatherings and travel.
The F35 Pro 5G also features a 50MP main rear camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide rear camera and Natural Tone 2.0. It supports 4K video recording through both front and rear cameras, along with Ultra-Steady mode and Dual-View Video, which allows simultaneous recording from the front and rear cameras.
Additional photography features include Portrait Mode, AI Popout and AI Remix Collage. The standard F35 5G also offers a 50MP ultra-wide front camera and a 50MP main rear camera.
Both models feature an 8,000mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC flash charging. OPPO says the battery is designed to retain more than 80% of its original capacity after up to 1,800 charging cycles. The company also highlights IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K water and dust resistance ratings, Rainstorm Touch technology and military-grade shock resistance.
The devices run on ColorOS 16, which includes AI-powered features such as AI Recording, AI Ultra-Clear Documents, AI Call Guard and One-Tap Security Guard. OPPO has also introduced its Trinity Engine for system optimisation, alongside Extended Use Care 2.0 and six-year smoothness protection.
In terms of performance, the F35 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 MAX processor and features a 5,000mm² SuperCool VC cooling system. It comes with a 17.22cm 1.5K AMOLED display supporting a 144Hz refresh rate. The F35 5G features a 16.69cm FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
OPPO also highlighted its service network in Assam, where it operates 19 exclusive service centres. Nationally, the company has more than 620 service centres across over 500 cities, offering support in 19 languages.
As part of its service expansion plans, OPPO said more than 60 Premium Service Centres under its Service Center 3.0 Pro format are already operational, with over 150 additional centres planned across India in 2026.
The company also cited IDC smartphone market data to underline its performance in India. According to OPPO, IDC’s first-quarter 2026 tracker recorded 22% year-on-year growth for the brand, while a separate India market assessment placed it third with a 13.8% market share, supported by growth in the above-₹20,000 segment.
