On finding refuge in religion, Janhvi Kapoor discover she has visited Tirupati Balaji temple thrice this year: ‘When the call comes…’

Janhvi Kapoor has a deep spiritual connection with the holy temple of Tirupati Balaji. In a recent conversation, the actor revealed that she has already been to Tirupati thrice this year and is planning to visit again on the birthday of her mother and late actor Sridevi. Janhvi also told how she has found refuge in her religion in the last few years.
Speaking to Curly Tales, he said that, “In the last 5 to 6 years I have become more religiously inclined. I find refuge in my religion and my spirituality and especially in Lord Balaji. When the call comes (I feel an inner call) which tells me that I need to go to Tirupati, climb the stairs and seek the auspicious darshan of the deity. I have already been to Tirupati thrice this year and will go again on mother’s birthday.
Janhvi’s fans came to know the extent of her devotion towards Tirupati Balaji when her friend and social media influencer Ori shared a video of her climbing a part of the temple stairs on her knees. She had gone to the temple with Ori and her rumored boyfriend Shikhar Pahadia on her birthday in March.
In the video, Janhvi can be heard advising Ori to take it one step at a time, saying, “Everyone needs to climb Tirupati because it makes you humble.” “This is her (Janhvi’s) 50th visit to Tirupati, Shikhar’s ninth and my first visit. I’m a virgin here,” Ori can be heard saying.
On the professional front, Janhvi’s latest film Mr. & Mrs. Mahi is currently running in theatres. The film has maintained a steady hold at the box office by earning Rs 16.85 crore within three days of its release. She will next be seen in Uljh and the Telugu film Devara: Part 1.
