NSDC International Limited (NSDCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), signed an Agreement with Zenken Corporation (Zenken), a Japanese company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market and engaged in the recruitment services businesses for IT professionals, specified skilled workers and supporting them during employment. This partnership aims to bridge the skills gap for providing employment opportunities to Indian youth in Japan and promote cultural exchange between the two nations.
NSDCI will screen candidates based on Zenken’s job descriptions, ensuring their readiness for employment in Japan. They will undergo rigorous Japanese language and skill training, ensuring optimal placement outcomes for Indian candidates across various sectors. Both parties will support candidates throughout the value chain, from pre-screening to post-employment support.

They will also provide employment opportunities for Japanese companies, aiming to create 220 jobs for Indian personnel in Japan by 2025.
