The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Pearson have formed a partnership to improve employability skills in Indian youth. The partnership will integrate Pearson VUE’s IT Specialist Certification and English Language Testing programs, Versant and Mondly, into NSDC’s eLearning platforms.
Pearson VUE, a pioneer in computer-based testing, administers over 19 million certification exams annually across academia, IT, and healthcare. The IT Specialist Certification program validates knowledge in software development, networking, and security, providing essential training for IT professionals.
The partnership was announced at the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam 2023, signed by Ved Mani Tiwari, Chief Executive Officer of the National Skill Development Corporation, and Vinay Swamy, Country Head for Pearson India.
