In the wake of severe flooding affecting numerous regions in India, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has rolled out an extensive support initiative for customers whose vehicles have been impacted. The company has set up a special helpdesk to assist owners of flood-affected cars and is providing free Roadside Assistance (RSA) services, including vehicle towing to authorized Nissan service centers.
To further alleviate the financial strain on customers, Nissan is waiving insurance claim process fees up to INR 1000 for flood-damaged vehicles. Additionally, the company is offering a 10% discount on engine oil and oil filter replacements, floor carpet replacements, and a comprehensive vehicle health check-up at its service workshops over the next two months.

Ltd., emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting its customers during these trying times, stating, “Our customers are an integral part of the Nissan family.
