Nissan Motor India has launched the all-new Nissan GRAVITE, a seven-seater MPV priced at an introductory ₹5.65 lakh (ex-showroom), marking the first model under the company’s renewed product offensive and signalling a fresh growth phase in the Indian market.
Manufactured locally at the Chennai facility, the GRAVITE is designed specifically for Indian families, offering flexible seating configurations ranging from two to seven occupants, best-in-class luggage versatility of up to 625 litres, and more than 30 standard safety features, including six airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, Hill-Start Assist and Brake Assist. The vehicle adopts Nissan’s signature ‘C’ design language, featuring LED lighting elements, a distinctive grille, functional roof rails and modular interiors with suede-leatherette seating, multi-row AC vents and advanced connectivity options such as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, digital instrument cluster and wireless charging.
Powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine paired with manual and AMT transmissions, the GRAVITE delivers fuel efficiency of up to 19.6 km/l. The model is available in five colour options along with a limited launch edition offering premium accessories. Nissan said dealer network expansion across Tier-I and Tier-II cities is underway, reinforcing its long-term commitment to strengthening accessibility and customer experience in India.
