Nexon EV celebrates #NexonEV50KCommunity

Tata Motors, India’s leading automobile manufacturer and the pioneer of the EV evolution in India, today announced the achievement of the 50Ksales mark for India’s bestselling EV, the Nexon EV. The Nexon EV, launched in 2020, revolutionized the Indian electric vehicle market by providing a first-hand EV experience in homes. It broke barriers to adoption and enabled India’s journey towards electrified mobility.

The Nexon EV is sold in 500 cities in India and has driven over 900 million km, showcasing the confidence of the 50K strong community. With 6,000 charging stations, India’s growing public adoption of electric vehicles has grown by 1500% between FY21 and FY23.

Nexon EV breaks 25 records, covering ‘Fastest’ Kashmir to Kanyakumari drive in 95 minutes, achieving 300+km range.  Mr. Vivek Srivatsa, Head, Marketing, Sales and Service Strategy, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said, “We would like to thank the early adopters, who believed in the promise of the Nexon EV and in-turn allowed the EV ecosystem to build and become what it is now.
