The National Integration Tour (NIT) organized by Assam Rifles under Operation Sadbhavna was launched on December 1, 2025, in Churachandpur, Manipur. This 15-day tour from November 15 to 30, 2025, included 24 participants—22 students and two teachers—from Churachandpur, accompanied by Assam Rifles personnel. Presided over by Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, the tour covered Delhi, Jaipur, and Kolkata, offering participants insights into India’s cultural and historical landscapes. Highlights included visiting the National War Memorial and India Gate in Delhi, meeting President Droupadi Murmu, and exploring Jaipur’s heritage sites. In Kolkata, students visited multiple landmarks and engaged with military officials, enhancing their understanding of national service. The initiative fostered a sense of pride, unity, and civic responsibility among the students, evidencing Assam Rifles’ dedication to youth empowerment and national integration.
