At the Bahumukhi Bhawan conference hall in Kusumtola on Wednesday, Naduar Nagarik Mancha’s president, Jagat Saikia, presided over the organization’s founding day and biennial conference. The program was attended by representatives from the mouzas of Chariduwar, Mudadol, Nagsankar, and Chilabandha. Padma Hazarika, the Naduar MLA, was the conference’s chief guest. He praised the mancha’s initiative in addressing a number of social problems pertaining to the larger Naduar region. As a special guest, CDC Manash Hazarika from the Naduar Co-district Commissioners Office attended the event.
Among other dignitaries, Bhaba Goswami, the president of the Baresohoriya Bhaona Committee, and Nitumani Bora attended the biennial gathering. The Naduar Nagarik Mancha’s secretary, Mintu Nath, read the yearly report as Minku Kalita oversaw the meeting.
