Mobavenue AI Tech Limited reported a 56.9% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to ₹728 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, while profit after tax (PAT) nearly doubled to ₹117 million, reflecting continued growth in its AI-led advertising and consumer technology business.
EBITDA rose 77% year-on-year to ₹154 million, with the EBITDA margin expanding 240 basis points to 21.2%. PAT margin also improved to 16.1%, up 320 basis points from a year earlier. Sequentially, revenue increased 16.3%, while EBITDA rose 15.8% and PAT grew 39.3%.
The company said growth was driven by demand from direct advertisers in sectors including quick commerce, BFSI, fintech and retail, alongside global clients acquired through reseller and agency channels. Direct clients contributed 65.2% of revenue, while international markets accounted for 20.7%, compared with 11.5% in FY2026.
In Kolkata, the results underline the growing importance of AI-driven advertising and consumer acquisition solutions for eastern India’s expanding retail, fintech and digital businesses. Greater adoption of data-led marketing could create opportunities for technology providers as brands in Kolkata and the wider eastern region increasingly focus on measurable consumer outcomes.
Mobavenue delivered 14.16 million consumer outcomes during the quarter, up 57.3% year-on-year, while revenue per outcome increased 11% to ₹49.94. The company also launched its Mobavenue Neural Engine and PiiX for Apple Ads, and opened offices in the United States and Singapore.
Founder, MD and CEO Ishank Joshi said the company would focus on disciplined growth, margin resilience, technology innovation and expanding its global AI-native platform during FY2027.
