Global Health Limited, popularly known as Medanta, has strengthened its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the launch of a 550-bed super specialty hospital in Noida. The facility, located in Sector 50 with metro connectivity, opened operations today with 300 functional beds, including over 100 ICU beds and five advanced operating theatres.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology such as the Da Vinci Xi Surgical Robot, Artis Icono AI-driven Biplane Cath Lab, 3 Tesla MRI, and 256-Slice Dual Source CT, the hospital will provide tertiary and quaternary care across more than 20 super specialties, including cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, and transplants. A team of over 60 senior clinical experts, including 30 directors, has already been appointed.
Dr. Naresh Trehan, Chairman and Managing Director of Medanta, said the new facility marks a milestone in expanding access to “world-class, patient-centric healthcare” in NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh. Group CEO Pankaj Sahni added that the expansion “sets new benchmarks for quality, accessibility, and outcomes.” They highlighted the potential for similar investments in the Northeast, where access to high-end tertiary care remains limited.
