In a major expansion drive, Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) has inaugurated five cutting-edge dealerships in Jhansi, Ghaziabad, Raipur, Bharuch, and Kadappa this July. The new facilities, featuring 37 service bays, are set to handle more than 75 vehicles daily, offering comprehensive services including driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability.
Jalaj Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Vehicles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, highlighted the division’s impressive 46% CAGR growth for FY24 and the strategic significance of these new outlets. “These dealerships are pivotal in extending our service network and boosting fleet uptime,” Gupta commented. He also introduced the “Zyada Mileage Nahin toh Truck Wapas” guarantee for the BS6 OBD II truck range, underscoring Mahindra’s commitment to delivering superior fuel efficiency and increased profitability for transporters.
In Guwahati, the new dealership is anticipated to enhance Mahindra’s market presence, providing state-of-the-art services and setting new benchmarks for customer satisfaction.
