Mahindra Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) has announced the continuation of its annual Saarthi Abhiyaan initiative, offering 1000 new scholarships worth Rs. 10,000 each to meritorious daughters of truck drivers for the fiscal year 2025. This program, launched in 2014, has already benefitted 10,029 young women, supporting their educational pursuits irrespective of their fathers’ association with Mahindra vehicles.
In commemoration of Drivers Day 2024, the scheme underscores Mahindra’s commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for truck drivers’ daughters. Each selected student will receive a scholarship and a certificate, with distribution planned from February to March 2025 at various transport hubs across India.
