MAGGI empowers culinary creativity; 10 women shine in Apna Food Business 2024

MAGGI has announced the winners of the second edition of MAGGI Apna Food Business, celebrating ten exceptional women who are poised to redefine India’s food content landscape. Among them is Priyanka Kundu Biswas from Kolkata, whose creativity stood out in this year’s fiercely competitive lineup.

The initiative, designed to empower aspiring food content creators, garnered widespread interest, reaching over 20 million participants nationwide. Over 50,000 individuals honed their skills through intensive training sessions conducted by renowned food influencers like Kabita Singh, Madhura Bachal, and Teja Paruchuri, alongside experts from YouTube and META.Following rigorous training, the ten winners each received a seed capital of Rs. 5 Lakhs to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey.

 The esteemed group includes Sophia Machado, Shreya Rao, Trashika Dsena, Ashneet Kaur Anand, Sheetal Pednekar, Shailaja Nair, Pinky Daswani, Vandana Jain, and Benisha Martin, hailing from Mumbai, Kolkata, Trivandrum, Pune, Gurugram, and Mumbai/Hyderabad respectively. Rajat Jain, Director of Foods Business at Nestlé India, expressed his congratulations, emphasizing MAGGI’s commitment to nurturing culinary talent and innovation. He credited the success of MAGGI Apna Food Business to its partnership with India Food Network, crucial in facilitating a seamless execution of the initiative.
