Madhya Pradesh has etched its name in history by securing a Guinness World Record for the “Largest Simultaneous Hindu Text Recital” during the International Gita Mahotsav in Bhopal. A total of 3,721 participants recited verses from the Bhagavad Gita, underscoring the state’s commitment to preserving and promoting its spiritual heritage.
The event, meticulously organized by consultant NischalBarot, who has set 52 world records, drew attention to Madhya Pradesh’s growing cultural influence. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav lauded the achievement, highlighting the state’s spiritual unity and cultural richness. Alongside the record-breaking recital, the festival featured cultural performances and spiritual discourses, further enriching the experience for attendees.
