Recently Australia is introducing laws giving workers the right to ignore unreasonable calls and messages from their bosses outside of work hours. The ‘right to disconnect’ is already in place in France, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland,Greece, Italy, Slovakia,Luxembourg and other EU countries. Chile and Mexico have similar laws. The Philippines and Kenya are looking at enacting similar laws. Actually there are many positive side of this law as it will help many employees to work better with a right peace of mind.
Today people have to work with lots of pressure and for this they need right rules which will help them to work in right way. Actually today India is developing in very fast pace and for this reason many people are working in private sector where they have to work in certain environment. In fact today people need a good environment of work where they feel very motivated. As this law is introducing in different countries and there should be many positive side of it as people find it good for them.
