Assam based Auto Manufacturing company “KUMAR ENGINEERING” today introduced “Electric Goods Carrier” with base model “KUMAR” having gross vehicle weight of 756 kgs and this vehicle will deliver 1.42 KWs power at 1500 RPM.
During the launch, company Chairman Ambassador Deepak Vohra (Special Advisor to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India) stated that the company has introduced this product after receiving I-CAT approval from the Government of India, which is capable of carrying 310 kg of weight and receiving a full charge in 4 hours.
The company’s world-class product would be accessible in the Assam market with an MSP of Rs. 1,99,888.00 and a one-year warranty on vehicles sold through its 18 sales and service shops across the state. The Company is very much hopeful to achieve 25-35% market share in Goods Carrier segment in Assam within this current financial year. Managing Director Mr. Kumar Gaurav was also present in the meeting along with CEO Mr. Ashok Bhattacharjee.
