Kotak Mahindra Bank has unveiled Season 2 of its flagship Kotak BizLabs Accelerator Programme, aiming to support over 75 early-revenue stage startups nationwide through mentorship, market access, and funding. Running from October 2025 to November 2026, the initiative will focus on deep-tech, fintech, edtech, agritech, healthtech, clean energy, sustainability, and digital technology, expanding its reach to North, South, West, and Central India. IIT Delhi’s FITT joins IIMA Ventures, NSRCEL – IIM Bangalore, and T-Hub as incubation partners.
Season 2 is set to engage 800+ startups through workshops, roadshows, and networking mixers in 20+ cities, while accelerating 75+ ventures and providing funding to over 60 startups, a notable increase from Season 1, which saw 32 startups receive funding and 55 accelerated. “With Season 2, we are scaling our commitment to founders who dare to dream big and build bold,” said Himanshu Nivsarkar, Head – CSR & ESG, Kotak Mahindra Bank.
In Kolkata, the programme is expected to energize the local startup ecosystem, offering regional founders access to structured mentorship and funding opportunities, while connecting them with national and global investors, thereby strengthening the city’s position as an emerging hub for fintech, edtech, and deep-tech innovation.
