Kingfisher Premium ties up with Argentine Football Association as regional sponsor in India

Kingfisher Premium Packaged Drinking Water, a brand under United Breweries Ltd (part of the HEINEKEN Company), has announced a landmark partnership with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) as its Regional Sponsor in India. The collaboration was formally unveiled at Buenos Aires’ iconic River Plate Stadium, with Mohit Raina, Category Head of Kingfisher, and Leandro Petersen, Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer of AFA, representing the two sides.

The move is aimed at expanding Kingfisher’s presence in key Indian football hubs, including West Bengal, Kerala, Goa, and the Northeast. The campaign will roll out a mix of digital and on-ground activations, including grassroots football programs to boost community engagement.
