The app is heavily used by merchants dealing with Food (eateries and restaurants), Apparel and Footwear, Services, Health, Mobile and communications (shops) and Kirana and Groceries stores. The top 5 cities in the NorthEast region in terms of usage of Khatabook are Guwahati, Imphal, Gangtok, Shillong and Dimapur. Khatabook aims to cater to all the digital requirements of the MSME segment in India.
