US-based Minerva Ventures Fund has acquired a stake in KBC Global Ltd (Previously known as Karda Construction Limited) , a prominent player in the construction and real estate development sector. As per bulk deal data available on National Stock Exchange on 26 April 2024, Minerva Ventures Fund has bought 1% Equity (1 crore shares) of KBC Global Ltd at Rs. 2.05 per share.
In the month of April 2024, board of directors considered and approved conversion of total 60 bonds into equity shares as per the terms and conditions of the issue of FCCB. The company has announced strategic expansion plans in both domestic and international markets.The company has handed over 54 units of the HariKunj Mayflower project, a residential and commercial project in Karmayogi Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra, to GudiPadwa.
