Kaziranga National park witnesses surge of tourists

Renowned Kaziranga National and Tiger Reserve park of Assam which is rich in biodiversity, landscape, iconic inhabitants has recently experienced a significant surge of tourists in the park.

The national park comprises three administrative divisions- the Eastern Assam Wildlife Division, the Bishwanath Wildlife Division, and the Nagaon Wildlife Division.

According to the reports, all three divisions have witnessed an increase in tourism and as well as increase in revenue too.

For the year 2023-24, a total of 3,20,961 visitors visited the Eastern Assam Wildlife Division, 3,484 visitors visited the Nagaon Wildlife Division, and 3,048 visitors visited the Bishwanath Wildlife Division.
