Jaipur Rugs has announced the 2026 edition of its Annual Sale, offering discounts of up to 60% on approximately 10,000 handcrafted rugs while linking a percentage of sales to a Bicycle Fund for girls in rural India.
Announced in New Delhi in October 2026, the sale features a wide selection of hand-knotted and hand-tufted carpets, flat-weave rugs, Dhurries and designer collections. The range includes the Manchaha collection, along with Brahmand, Jaanwar, Kavi and Concoction, showcasing traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.
The bicycle initiative aims to help girls in rural communities overcome transport barriers by making their journeys to school easier and safer, potentially supporting continued access to education.
“The most meaningful impact is often created by something remarkably simple,” said Yogesh Chaudhary, managing director of Jaipur Rugs, adding that the initiative reflects the company’s belief in commerce that creates value beyond customers’ homes.
In Kolkata, the sale could offer an opportunity for design-conscious consumers and homeowners to explore handcrafted Indian rugs across different styles and price points. The combination of discounts and a social initiative may also appeal to buyers seeking products that connect craftsmanship with a broader social purpose.
Jaipur Rugs said the annual event is designed to expand access to handmade carpets while reinforcing its longstanding links with rural artisan communities. The company has positioned the 2026 sale as a platform combining design discovery with support for girls’ education.
