InfinityDAO targets US$1 billion insurance programme to strengthen IDL ecosystem protection

InfinityDAO, the AI-driven decentralised finance ecosystem behind the IDL token, is moving to establish an institutional-scale insurance protection programme with an aggregate insured value of up to US$1 billion, aimed at strengthening risk management, user protection and institutional credibility in the digital-asset market.

The proposed programme is being arranged through a UK-based specialist crypto insurance syndicate, with final policy issuance, underwriting terms, limits and exclusions still subject to completion. The insurance framework is designed to cover five principal areas, including token default, platform default, crime and digital-asset theft, directors and officers liability, and qualifying ecosystem and stakeholder interests.

InfinityDAO operates its IDL utility and ecosystem token on the Polygon blockchain and has outlined a dual-token architecture supported by an AI-driven economic management framework. Its five protocol modules—Quantum Emission Matrix, Flux Liquidity Shield, Velocity Recycle Core, HyperGuard Lock and Infinity Sustainability Protocol—are designed to manage token emissions, liquidity, staking, treasury reserves and ecosystem sustainability.

In Kolkata, the development could draw attention among the city’s growing community of digital-asset traders, technology professionals and fintech-focused investors, where risk management and institutional safeguards are becoming increasingly important considerations. However, market participants are likely to closely watch the final policy terms, coverage limits and exclusions before assessing the programme’s practical significance.

InfinityDAO has claimed that completion of the programme could place IDL among a limited group of substantially insured crypto tokens globally, potentially ranking it as the 14th such token. The claim remains subject to independent verification, as no universally accepted global registry ranks cryptocurrencies by comprehensive insurance protection.

If successfully bound and independently confirmed, the proposed US$1 billion insurance programme could mark a significant institutional milestone for InfinityDAO as the digital-asset sector increasingly focuses on governance, accountability and risk controls beyond token prices.
