India ensures global participation in International Yoga Day

India once again ensured global participation for the International Day of Yoga by giving the message of being health-conscious, connecting millions of people around the world with the spirit of universal brotherhood. For the first time on International Yoga Day, people in Fiji practiced yoga in Albert Park at around 3.15 AM Indian Standard Time. After Fiji, yoga was organized at the Sky Tower, New Zealand in which a large number of people took part. At the same time, people practiced yoga at the Queensland Cricket Club in Australia. Whereas in New York, United States, a grand event of yoga was organized at the United Nations Headquarters at around 4 in the morning.
Yoga sessions were organized in a large number of Indian Embassies abroad on this occasion with countries around the world. Yoga session was also organized this time in the Arctic region.

It was celebrated by the Indian Mission in Chukotka city, located in a remote region of Russia. A yoga session was also organized at the base of the Indian Scientific Expeditionary Center located in the remote Antarctica region. Citizens of all countries of the world actively participated in these events and made them successful.

.India is giving a new direction to the whole world regarding unity and oneness across the globe. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, millions of countrymen across the country not only created history through morning yoga postures and asanas, but also set a new record in the world. 75 ministers of the Government of India performed yoga at 75 historical heritage sites of different regions of the country.
