IBM and the Commissionerate of Technical Education in Gujarat have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance technical and professional education in Gujarat. The collaboration will focus on leveraging IBM SkillsBuild to equip learners with essential skills in emerging technologies like AI, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, and workplace skills for professional development. The collaboration is driven by the Gujarat government’s commitment to fostering opportunities and nurturing a dynamic workforce.
The collaboration aims to strengthen Gujarat’s education and skilling ecosystem, bridging knowledge gaps for graduates and professionals, enhancing their expertise in emerging technology and soft skills. IBM has also unveiled its new IBM Consulting Client Innovation Center (CIC) in Gandhinagar, emphasizing key technology areas such as AI, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity.
