On March 5, ibis Kolkata Rajarhat hosted a Women’s Day Celebration event called “Women in Uniform: Beyond Boundaries,” honoring around half a dozen remarkable women in uniform. The event featured eminent guests from sectors like Ex-IAS, Doctor, Pilot, and Armed Forces. Ms. Amita Mishra, General Manager of ibis Kolkata Rajarhat, led the felicitation ceremony, and the event took place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Women in uniform have a significant societal impact, enhancing team effectiveness and fostering a more equitable environment. Recognizing their contributions, addressing systemic barriers, and championing inclusivity can fully harness their potential for a brighter future.
The event celebrates the achievements and resilience of women worldwide, aiming to promote gender equality, amplify women’s voices, and inspire future women leaders.
