From the 13th to the 31st of May, ABACUS delivers to Guwahati the Northeast’s First Ever International Burger & Craft Beer Fest,’BURGER & BREW.’ Along with freshly brewed craft beer, one may savour a choice of delectable classic and unique burgers inspired by a variety of global flavours (country wise).
The festival menu features a broad selection of burgers, including ‘The Great American Burger,’ ‘Chicken Schnitzel Burger,’ Nagasaki Pork Bahn Mi,’ which features Vietnamese flavorful pork patty, sriracha, mayo, and pickles, and ‘The Tokyo Catch,’ which is a Japanese Style Fried Fish Burger.
Vegetarians will love the ‘Aloo cheese Burst Tikki Burger,’ ‘Ola Vegetariano,’ a spicy Mexican Veg Burger, and ‘Casablanca,’ a delicious Moroccan Harissa Paneer Burger.
