Television actor Gurucharan Singh playing Roshan Singh Sodhi in television show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah went missing from Delhi last month after his father’s birthday. The issue came into light after his father had filed a complaint against him.
While Gurucharan’s missing case left his co-stars and fans shocked, it was reported that the actor had finally come back after being missing and untraceable for 25 days. As the actor’s fans took a sigh of relief, TMKOC producer Asit Modi has reacted to Gurucharan’s return and stated that he is elated the actor’s family got their son back. However, he did emphasise that he is still clueless about why Gurucharan took this step.
Talking to Times Now/ Telly Talk India, Modi stated, “I am very happy that he is back. I send him my best wishes. I am elated for his family too. We were all very worried but now but now we can sigh in relief since he is back. I don’t the details but I am happy that his family got his son back. Ab unke mind mein kya hai woh samajh nahi sakte na. We don’t know what he is feeling”.
It is reported that the actor told that he had left the worldly life and was on a religious journey. For the unknown, as the cops were looking into the matter, they had also visited the sets of TMKOC. Talking about the same, Modi asserted, “The police came to our sets and interrogated everyone. I wasn’t here then but everyone cooperated. The cops spoke to me later and I told them I hadn’t spoken to Gurucharan since the past few months”
