Godrej Vikhroli Cucina reimagines Christmas spirit for urban India

Godrej Vikhroli Cucina, the culinary owned media platform of Godrej Industries Group, has launched a new Christmas campaign titled “Jingle Bells Unwrapped,” reflecting how festivals are being celebrated in modern Indian cities, including Guwahati.

The campaign features a reimagined version of the popular Christmas carol, created in collaboration with vocal ensemble Voctronica. It also includes Godrej Yummmiez and celebrity chefs Amrita Raichand and Ajay Chopra. The initiative moves away from the traditional Western imagery of Christmas and instead focuses on everyday Indian experiences.

In cities like Guwahati, where many young professionals and nuclear families live away from their hometowns, Christmas celebrations are often smaller and more personal. Shared meals, quick festive snacks and time spent with friends or colleagues have become central to the season.

According to Godrej Industries Group, the campaign highlights changing festive habits and promotes mindful food choices without taking away the joy of celebration. The focus is on simple, protein-rich snacking that fits into busy urban lives.
