Godrej Industries Group, in collaboration with The Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces (GCHW) and Arogya World, will host the prestigious Global Healthy Workplace Summit & Awards on November 20–21, 2025, at Godrej One, Mumbai. This marks the first time the global event will be held in India, bringing together healthcare leaders, industry experts, and policymakers to redefine workplace wellness.
The summit will showcase global best practices and India’s leading corporate wellness models. Focus areas include non-communicable disease prevention, mental health support, ESG-aligned health strategies, and programs like Arogya World’s MyThali nutrition and Tobacco-Free Workplace initiatives. It will also unveil the 2025 list of the Healthiest Workplaces globally.
Ajay Bhatt of Godrej said, “This summit reflects our commitment to nurturing healthy, future-ready workplaces.” Barry Crisp of GCHW noted, “Good Health is Good Business—and this summit makes that global.” Arogya World’s Srabani Banerjee added that the event empowers businesses to integrate wellness into core strategies. In Guwahati, where workforce wellness awareness is steadily rising, the summit is expected to inspire regional firms to invest in structured health programs, particularly in sectors like FMCG, manufacturing, and IT, where employee retention and productivity are tightly linked to wellbeing.
