Godrej Jersey unveils 3×3 strategy to boost dairy growth in South India

Godrej Jersey, a leading dairy brand in South India, has announced its ambitious 3×3 Leapfrog Strategy for FY26, targeting INR 1,000 crore in revenue from its value-added portfolio in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The initiative focuses on three core products—Badam Milk, Paneer, and Curd—while driving household penetration, market expansion, and product innovation.

CEO Bhupendra Suri stated, “The 3×3 Leapfrog Strategy will accelerate market expansion, enhance consumer offerings, and drive sustainable growth through innovation and targeted partnerships.” The brand is set to strengthen its presence with increased research and development spending and high-profile celebrity endorsements, including actor Rana Daggubati for Badam Milk and chef Teja of Vismai Foods for Paneer.

In addition to a stronger foothold in South India, Godrej Jersey’s expansion strategy could also influence the dairy market in Guwahati. The growing demand for premium dairy products in Northeast India presents an opportunity for the brand to explore potential entry points in urban retail chains and quick-commerce platforms. The company is investing heavily in distribution, aiming to reach 20,000 outlets in Telangana by next year, while Godrej Jersey Badam Milk is projected to become a INR 100 crore brand within two years. With an emphasis on premium quality and authenticity, Godrej Jersey is positioning itself as a dominant force in the evolving dairy segment.
