Godrej Industries’ Chemicals Business has signed a strategic agreement to acquire the Food Ester and Emulsifier Business of Savannah Surfactants Limited. The acquisition, which includes a manufacturing facility located in Goa with a capacity of 5,200 MTPA of finished products, aligns with Godrej’s vision to expand its product offerings in the food and beverages sector.
