Godrej Agrovet appoints Anushree Singh as chief human resources officer

Godrej Agrovet Limited on Tuesday announced the appointment of Anushree Singh as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), with the new leadership role focused on strengthening the company’s people strategy, organisational capabilities and talent development.

Singh will work closely with the leadership team to build a future-ready, high-performance organisation aligned with the company’s long-term business goals. Welcoming her, Sunil Kataria, MD & CEO, Godrej Agrovet, said strengthening people and leadership capabilities remains a strategic priority as the company pursues its purpose of crafting abundance through innovation that empowers farmers and nourishes the nation.

Singh brings more than two decades of experience in people strategy, organisational transformation, culture building, M&A integrations, board management and leadership development across industries and geographies. Before joining Godrej Agrovet, she was CHRO at JSW Energy, where she supported the company’s growth and transformation. She has also held leadership roles at Avery Dennison, AkzoNobel and the Aditya Birla Group.

In Guwahati, the appointment could support Godrej Agrovet’s focus on strengthening organisational capabilities across its farm-to-protein businesses, including its engagement with agricultural and allied value chains in the Northeast. A stronger people strategy and leadership pipeline could help the company deepen its operational presence and support future growth in regional markets.
