Gajraj Corps Inspires 550 NCC Cadets with Motivational Weapon Display at Nalbari.

The Indian Army, under the aegis of Red Horns Division, Gajraj Corps, conducted a Motivational Weapon Display on 10 June 2026 for 550 NCC cadets undergoing Combined Annual Training Camp CATC-42 of 1 Assam Battalion NCC, Guwahati Group at JNV Nalbari.

The display showcased the latest infantry weapons, small arms and equipment currently in service with the Armed Forces. Troops from Gajraj Corps explained technical features, operational use and maintenance, giving cadets practical insight into the modernization of the Indian Army.

The event aimed to foster a deeper appreciation for the dedication and sacrifices of soldiers while inspiring youth towards patriotism, discipline and responsible citizenship. Interacting with troops, cadets displayed keen interest and enthusiasm, with many expressing aspiration to join the Armed Forces.

The initiative reinforced NCC’s core values of ‘Unity and Discipline’ and strengthened the bond between the Army and youth of Assam.
