Future Generali India Insurance boosts insurance awareness in Sikkim

Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. (FGII) has launched a successful insurance awareness campaign across Sikkim, reaching 21 villages through a 7-day van tour starting August 23. As the lead insurer appointed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), FGII aimed to enhance insurance penetration in the state.

The campaign featured interactive activities such as performance art, Q&A sessions, and a lucky draw, designed to educate residents on health, motor, and crop insurance. Ruchika Malhan Varma, FGII’s Chief Marketing, Customer, and Impact Officer, emphasized the importance of these insurance products in managing unexpected expenses and ensuring financial security.

In Gangtok, the campaign sparked significant interest, with local markets showing a growing demand for comprehensive insurance solutions. Residents appreciated the initiative’s focus on practical, accessible insurance information, reflecting a positive shift in market awareness and engagement.
