From koshamangsho to sandesh, TATA Starbucks brings Pujo flavours to its festive menu

For many families in East India, DurgaPujo is as much about food, conversations and togetherness as it is about festivities. TATA Starbucks is bringing that connection to its stores with its limited-edition “AamarPujo, Aamar Starbucks” menu, available from September 26 to October 21 across select outlets in Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Patna, Ranchi and Gangtok.

The festive menu introduces KoshaMangsho Roll, with Bengali-style koshamangsho wrapped in flaky paratha, and GurerSandesh Flan, a contemporary take on sandesh made with jaggery and a biscuit base.

Returning favourites include Dhakai Chicken Wrap, BhetkiBhaja Sandwich featuring fried bhetki with shorshe mayonnaise, Chingri Turnover, Shorshe Chicken Burger, AlooPostho Burger and Kalakand Pie.

Mitali Maheshwari, Head of Product and Marketing, TATA Starbucks, said the refreshed menu brings beloved regional flavours into the Starbucks experience while allowing stores to remain spaces for conversations, connections and celebrations.

Kolkata customers will get an early start to Mahalaya, with the Park Mansion, Southern Avenue, Loudon Street and New Alipore outlets opening at 5 am. Coffee-tasting sessions will also be held at these stores.

TATA Starbucks currently operates 519 stores across 80 cities in India with more than 4,305 employees.
